4. Orders and Payments

All prices include EU tax

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

ROYISAMESS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide and try to get your order out within 5 days(custom oders can take longer)

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

ROYISAMESS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
